Terms of Service

1. Scope & Applicability

These Terms of Service govern all digital projects, design engagements, and media production delivered by BPS Network (A venture by Beyond Pixel Studio) to clients across India and elsewhere.

2. Quotations & Scope of Work

All projects are initiated based on a written, itemised proposal or quote detailing the exact deliverables. Quotations are valid for 30 days from issuance. Any additional features or change requests outside the signed scope will be quoted transparently before work on them begins.

3. Payment Terms & Milestones

Standard payment milestones for project work are:

• 50% Advance Deposit: Required upon agreement to schedule studio resources, reserve crew dates, and initiate production.
• 50% Final Payment: Due upon project completion, demonstration, and approval, prior to the final handover of administrative access, master vector source files, or live production deployment.
• Monthly Retainers: Paid advertising management and social media management retainers are invoiced at the beginning of each 30-day service cycle.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of the final payment in full, all custom-developed code, final vector logo files, graphic assets, and delivered 3D/video files become the exclusive property of the client. We retain no restrictive vendor lock-in.

5. Client Responsibilities

To maintain agreed project timelines (such as our 10–20 working day delivery for websites), the client agrees to provide necessary brand assets, product catalogs, textual content, and review feedback within agreed turnaround windows.

6. Revisions & Approval

Each package includes structured revision rounds (as specified in your quotation) to ensure the delivered output matches your exact vision. Substantial changes to the underlying structural architecture after sign-off may be scoped as an add-on.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Odisha and the Republic of India, with jurisdiction in Bhubaneswar.
