Software we build ourselves

Products, not just projects

Alongside the six services we deliver as project work, we build software we can hand the same clients. This is what is on the bench right now — in Bhubaneswar, by the team that already runs your site and your campaigns.

WhatsApp Business API — AI Assistant & Broadcasting

Most businesses here run WhatsApp from a personal phone: one number, one person, no record of what was said. We are building the version that scales — a verified business number, approved broadcast templates, a shared team inbox, and an AI assistant that answers the routine questions before a human has to.

  • Broadcast to opted-in lists

Send an offer, an admission deadline or a delivery update to a segmented list from an approved template — not the 256-contact limit a personal WhatsApp broadcast is capped at.

  • AI assistant on your own content

The assistant answers from your price list, your timings and your FAQs, and hands the conversation to a human the moment it is out of its depth. It does not invent answers it was not given.

  • Shared team inbox

Several staff answering one business number, with assignment, notes and a full history — instead of a chat log living on one employee’s phone.

  • Catalogue and order capture

Products, prices and images inside the chat, so an enquiry can become an order without the customer leaving WhatsApp.

  • Website and ad integration

Click-to-WhatsApp buttons on the site we build you, and Click-to-WhatsApp ads on Meta, landing in the same inbox with the source recorded.

  • Reporting that means something

Delivered, read and replied counts per broadcast, and how many conversations turned into an enquiry — not just a message-sent number.

Who we are building it for

  • Schools and colleges — admission enquiries and fee reminders
  • Hospitals and clinics — appointment confirmations and reports
  • Retail and D2C — order updates, restock and offer broadcasts
  • Builders — site-visit follow-ups and project updates
  • Hotels and restaurants — bookings, menus and event enquiries

What you should know before asking

Is this the same as WhatsApp Business app?

No. The free WhatsApp Business app runs on one phone and caps a broadcast at 256 saved contacts. The WhatsApp Business Platform (the API) runs on a server, supports a verified business profile, a shared inbox for several staff, and broadcasts to large opted-in lists. This product is built on the latter.

Can we message anyone we like?

No, and any vendor who tells you otherwise is setting you up to lose the number. WhatsApp requires the customer to have opted in, and any business-initiated message outside a 24-hour reply window must use a template Meta has approved in advance. We set up the opt-in capture and get the templates approved as part of onboarding.

What does WhatsApp itself charge?

Meta bills per conversation, and the rate varies by category — marketing, utility, authentication and service conversations are priced differently, and rates change from time to time. That cost is billed through, separate from what we charge to run the platform, so you can see exactly what is ours and what is Meta’s.

Do we keep our existing number?

Usually yes. A number currently on the WhatsApp Business app can be migrated to the Platform, though it cannot be used in both at once. If you would rather keep the existing phone as-is, a separate number is the cleaner route.

When can we start?

The product is in development. We are onboarding a small number of early-access clients first, at a reduced rate, in exchange for feedback that shapes the roadmap. Message us and we will tell you honestly where it stands and when your use case would be ready.

Tell us what you would use it for — we'll tell you honestly when it's ready.
